Refund Policy – Trippin' Out Watersports

We want your time on the water to be safe and unforgettable — for all the right reasons! Here’s how our refund policy works:

Weather-Related Refunds:

Full refunds will be issued if we cancel your rental due to inclement weather, including rain or winds exceeding 15 mph. Safety always comes first, and we’ll notify you as early as possible if conditions are unsafe.

Online Cancellations:

Changed your plans? No problem! Cancel online at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled rental time and receive a full refund.

No-Shows or Late Cancellations:

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your rental or no-shows are not eligible for a refund.
